AngloChat Terms of Service & In-App Coin Rules

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the AngloChat mobile application, website, features, content, communication services, virtual currency, virtual gifts, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by AngloRise ("AngloRise", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, or using AngloChat, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AngloRise.

Your continued use of AngloChat means that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Child Safety Standards, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to the Service.

If you use AngloChat on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. 18+ Adults-Only Service

AngloChat is strictly for adults aged 18 and older.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access the application, communicate with other users, use dating or matchmaking features, participate in voice or video calls, send or receive virtual gifts, purchase or use virtual coins, or use any other feature of the Service.

By registering or using AngloChat, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
You will not allow a minor to use your account.
You will not help a minor bypass our age restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account belongs to a person under 18 or that age information has been falsified.

3. Child Safety and CSAE/CSAM Prohibition

AngloChat has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM").

Users must not create, upload, request, distribute, promote, possess, solicit, trade, or facilitate any sexual content involving minors.

Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, exploitation, trafficking, manipulation of minors, or attempts to move minors to another platform for sexual purposes are strictly prohibited.

Any account reasonably suspected of participating in child exploitation, grooming, or CSAM activity may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated. Where appropriate or legally required, relevant information may be preserved and reported to competent authorities.

4. Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account.

You may be able to register or sign in using supported authentication methods, including Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials.

You must immediately notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not:

Create an account for another person without authorization.
Impersonate another individual.
Use misleading identity information for fraudulent purposes.
Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
Sell, rent, transfer, or share your account.
Use another user's account without permission.

5. Google Sign-In

AngloChat may provide Google Sign-In as a convenient authentication method.

When you choose Google Sign-In, authentication is handled through the applicable Google authentication services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

AngloRise does not receive or store your Google account password through Google Sign-In.

Use of Google services may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

6. AngloChat Features

Depending on availability, AngloChat may provide features including:

User profiles.
Dating and matchmaking.
Private messaging.
Photo sharing.
Voice calls.
1-on-1 video calls.
Virtual gifts.
Virtual coins.
User reporting and blocking.
Notifications.
Other social and communication features.

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may submit or transmit content through AngloChat, including profile photographs, profile descriptions, messages, images, and other information ("User Content").

You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You have the necessary rights to submit the content.
The content does not violate applicable law.
The content does not infringe another person's rights.
The content does not contain CSAM.
The content does not facilitate child exploitation.
The content does not contain prohibited sexual content involving minors.
The content is not intended to scam or defraud other users.
The content does not contain malicious software.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use AngloChat to:

Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another person.
Engage in fraud or scams.
Impersonate another person.
Exploit or abuse minors.
Solicit or distribute CSAM.
Engage in grooming.
Facilitate human trafficking.
Solicit prostitution or escort services.
Offer or request sexual services for money or gifts.
Use the platform for compensated sexual arrangements.
Share another person's private information without authorization.
Attempt to obtain another person's password or authentication credentials.
Conduct unauthorized commercial activity.
Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.
Use automated bots or scraping tools without authorization.
Attempt to bypass platform security measures.
Reverse engineer or decompile the application except where permitted by law.
Interfere with the operation of the Service.
Upload malicious code or harmful software.
Manipulate coin balances or transactions.
Exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
Use stolen payment credentials.
Conduct fraudulent purchases or chargebacks.

9. Dating and Relationship Disclaimer

AngloChat provides tools that allow adults to communicate and potentially form friendships, romantic relationships, or other connections.

AngloRise does not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, friendship, marriage partner, or any particular type of relationship through the Service.

We do not guarantee the identity, age, intentions, honesty, background, relationship status, or behavior of any user.

You are responsible for exercising reasonable caution when communicating with people you meet through the Service.

10. Voice and Video Calls

AngloChat may provide private 1-on-1 voice and video calling.

Call availability, quality, duration, pricing, and other conditions may vary depending on the Service and applicable account features.

Network conditions, device performance, Internet connectivity, and third-party communication infrastructure may affect call quality.

You must not use voice or video calls for illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, fraud, or prohibited sexual activity.

Users should not record, redistribute, publish, or otherwise misuse another person's private communications without appropriate authorization or legal permission.

11. In-App Coins

AngloChat may offer virtual coins ("Coins") or similar digital credits that can be used to access certain in-app features and services.

Coins are digital items only. They are not currency, electronic money, cryptocurrency, securities, investment assets, or a bank balance.

Coins have no independent cash value outside AngloChat.

Coins cannot normally be:

Withdrawn as cash by ordinary users.
Exchanged for cryptocurrency.
Exchanged for bank deposits.
Transferred to another application.
Sold to another user.
Used as legal tender.
Used as an investment.

12. Purchasing Coins

When Coins are offered for purchase inside the Android version of AngloChat distributed through Google Play, purchases are processed using the applicable Google Play billing system, unless a specific Google Play policy exception or authorized billing program applies.

Google Play may display the applicable price, currency, taxes, and payment information before you confirm a purchase.

The price presented at the time of purchase is the applicable purchase price.

Google Play's own terms, purchase verification systems, and refund processes may also apply to purchases made through Google Play.

We do not ask users to provide credit-card numbers, banking passwords, or payment authentication credentials through ordinary AngloChat chat messages.

13. Coin Pricing

Coin packages and pricing may vary by country, currency, platform, promotions, taxes, and applicable payment-provider rules.

The exact number of Coins included in a package and the applicable price will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

AngloRise may change Coin packages or pricing in the future. Any completed purchase will be credited according to the package presented and accepted at the time of purchase.

14. Use of Coins

Coins may be used only for supported AngloChat features, which may include eligible voice calls, video calls, virtual gifts, or other digital features made available within the application.

The number of Coins required for a feature may be displayed before or during the applicable transaction.

Coin usage may depend on the feature, call duration, virtual gift, promotional offer, or other applicable pricing rules.

Purchased virtual currency is intended to be used within the AngloChat application and is not intended to be transferred to another application or converted into real-world money.

15. Coins Are Not Cash

Unless explicitly required by applicable law or expressly stated by AngloRise for a specific program, Coins do not represent a claim against AngloRise for cash.

Coins are not:

A deposit.
A financial account.
Stored monetary value.
A security.
An investment.
Cryptocurrency.
A payment instrument.

16. Virtual Gifts

AngloChat may allow users to send virtual gifts to other users.

Virtual gifts are digital items intended for entertainment and social interaction.

Sending a virtual gift does not create an ownership interest in the recipient, AngloRise, or any other person.

Unless a specific official program states otherwise, virtual gifts cannot be redeemed by ordinary users for cash.

AngloRise may modify, add, remove, or discontinue virtual gifts at any time.

17. Coins and Account Termination

If your account is permanently terminated because you violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, Child Safety Standards, or applicable law, unused Coins may become unavailable to the extent permitted by law and applicable Google Play rules.

We do not guarantee restoration of Coins associated with an account that has been terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, manipulation, or serious policy violations.

18. Refunds

Purchases of digital Coins are subject to applicable Google Play purchase and refund rules when purchased through Google Play.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you should first review the applicable transaction information and use the appropriate Google Play purchase support or refund process where applicable.

We may also provide customer support for purchase-related problems where appropriate.

19. No Unauthorized Coin Trading

Users may not buy, sell, exchange, broker, transfer, or trade AngloChat Coins outside officially supported purchase mechanisms.

You must not advertise websites, payment accounts, cryptocurrency addresses, or other external services for the purpose of buying or selling AngloChat Coins.

AngloRise is not responsible for losses resulting from unofficial Coin transactions between users.

20. Fraud and Chargebacks

Fraudulent transactions, stolen payment methods, unauthorized purchases, manipulated receipts, false refund claims, or abusive chargebacks are prohibited.

If we reasonably believe that a transaction is fraudulent or unauthorized, we may suspend related account functionality while investigating the transaction.

We may also cooperate with payment providers and relevant authorities regarding suspected payment fraud.

21. Promotions and Bonuses

AngloRise may occasionally provide promotional Coins, rewards, bonuses, or other promotional benefits.

Promotional Coins may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, usage limitations, or eligibility requirements communicated at the time of the promotion.

Promotional benefits do not necessarily have the same terms as purchased Coins.

22. No Guaranteed Earnings

AngloChat does not guarantee that any user will earn money, receive rewards, obtain gifts, receive calls, or generate income through the Service.

Users must not represent Coins, virtual gifts, calls, or other platform features as an investment opportunity or guaranteed income source.

Any official creator, host, or reward program, if available, is subject to separate eligibility requirements and applicable laws and policies.

23. User Reports and Blocking

Users may be able to report or block other users through available functionality.

Reports may be reviewed to investigate potential violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Child Safety Standards.

AngloRise may take action based on available evidence and does not guarantee that every reported account will be removed.

24. Moderation and Enforcement

AngloRise may use automated systems, human review, user reports, security tools, and other methods to detect violations of our policies.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action when we believe that a user has violated these Terms or created a safety, legal, security, or fraud risk.

We may take action without prior notice when immediate action is necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with legal requirements.

25. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using AngloChat at any time.

AngloRise may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms.
You violate our Child Safety Standards.
You engage in fraud or suspicious activity.
You abuse another user.
You manipulate or abuse Coin transactions.
You use unauthorized payment methods.
You provide materially false information.
You attempt to bypass a previous ban.
Your activity creates a security or legal risk.
We are required to do so by law or a valid legal request.

Serious violations may result in permanent account termination.

26. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your AngloChat account through available account functionality or by contacting us.

Account deletion may permanently remove or disable access to your profile, messages, Coins, virtual gifts, and other account-associated information, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Deleting the application from your device does not necessarily delete your account.

27. Privacy

Your use of AngloChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

28. Child Safety Standards

Our Child Safety Standards form part of the rules governing your use of AngloChat.

By using AngloChat, you agree not to engage in child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, CSAM-related activity, or any other conduct involving the exploitation or sexual abuse of minors.

29. Third-Party Services

AngloChat may depend on third-party services for authentication, communications, payments, hosting, notifications, analytics, security, or other functionality.

Examples may include Google services, Google Play Billing, Firebase, ZEGOCLOUD, hosting providers, and other infrastructure providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using their functionality through AngloChat.

30. Service Availability

We aim to keep AngloChat available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Maintenance.
Updates.
Server failures.
Network problems.
Third-party service outages.
Security incidents.
Events beyond our reasonable control.

31. Changes to the Service

AngloRise may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from AngloChat at any time.

This may include changes to messaging, calling, virtual gifts, Coins, pricing, account features, availability, or other functionality.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

32. Intellectual Property

AngloChat, including its software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, graphics, trademarks, text, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to AngloRise and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Service or intellectual property.

33. User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AngloRise grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AngloChat for its intended purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the application or any intellectual property to you.

34. Disclaimer

AngloChat is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee:

That the Service will always be available.
That every user is genuine or accurately represented.
That another user will respond to you.
That you will find a romantic partner.
That calls will always be uninterrupted.
That the Service will be completely free from errors.
That all user-generated content is accurate.
That every reported violation will be detected.

35. User Interactions and Personal Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Do not send money, passwords, OTP codes, banking information, government identification documents, or other sensitive information to people you meet through AngloChat.

If you decide to meet another user offline, use appropriate safety precautions and consider meeting in a public place.

AngloRise is not responsible for offline interactions between users.

36. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AngloRise and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

37. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AngloRise and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your User Content.
Your misuse of the Service.
Your fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Your violation of another person's rights.

38. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the application or website.

Your continued use of AngloChat after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

39. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws governing the relationship between you and AngloRise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

41. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Child Safety Standards, Community Guidelines, and any additional terms presented for specific features or purchases, constitute the agreement governing your use of AngloChat, except where additional terms expressly apply.

42. Acknowledgment

By using AngloChat, you acknowledge that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You understand that AngloChat is an adults-only service.
You agree to follow these Terms.
You agree to our Privacy Policy.
You agree to our Child Safety Standards.
You understand that Coins are digital items and are not cash.
You understand that Coin purchases may be subject to Google Play Billing rules.
You understand that virtual Coins cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
You will not use AngloChat for illegal or abusive activity.
You will not engage in CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or exploitation of minors.

By continuing to use AngloChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
