AngloChat is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, and other harmful activity involving minors.

AngloChat is an 18+ adults-only service. The application is designed exclusively for adults and is not intended for children or anyone under 18 years of age.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

AngloChat has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, distribution, solicitation, promotion, possession, sharing, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Any sexual content involving a person under 18.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Sexual exploitation of children.
Child grooming or attempts to groom a minor.
Sexual solicitation of a minor.
Arranging or facilitating sexual contact with a minor.
Human trafficking or sexual exploitation involving minors.
Requests for sexual images or videos from minors.
Sharing, requesting, selling, trading, or distributing CSAM.
Attempting to move a minor to another platform for sexual purposes.
Impersonating a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes.
Using AngloChat to facilitate abuse or exploitation of children.

Accounts involved in suspected CSAE or CSAM activity may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated, and relevant information may be preserved and reported to appropriate authorities or organizations where required by law.

2. Adults Only — 18+ Requirement

AngloChat is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older.

Users must not create an account, provide false age information, or use another person's identity to bypass our age restrictions.

AngloChat does not intentionally provide dating, private messaging, voice calling, video calling, virtual gifts, or other social features to children.

If we discover or reasonably suspect that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may take immediate enforcement action, including suspension, permanent account termination, and deletion of associated information where legally appropriate.

3. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

AngloChat prohibits all forms of CSAM and any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or sexualizes the abuse or exploitation of children.

We may use a combination of automated systems, technical safeguards, user reports, moderation processes, and human review where appropriate to identify and respond to prohibited content and behavior.

Where technically and legally appropriate, we may use available detection technologies or service-provider capabilities to help identify known or suspected prohibited material.

Detection systems may generate safety signals or alerts that can be used to investigate potential violations. Such systems are not guaranteed to detect every violation, and users are encouraged to report suspected abuse immediately.

4. Prevention of Child Grooming

Grooming, manipulation, coercion, or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors are strictly prohibited.

This includes attempts to:

Build a sexual relationship with a minor.
Request sexual images or videos from a minor.
Encourage a minor to keep communications secret.
Move communications with a minor to another platform.
Arrange an in-person meeting with a minor for sexual purposes.
Use gifts, money, threats, manipulation, or promises to exploit a minor.
Obtain personal or sexual information from a minor for exploitative purposes.

Any suspected grooming activity may result in immediate account restriction, investigation, permanent removal, and reporting where appropriate or legally required.

5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report accounts, profiles, messages, images, or other activity that they believe violates AngloChat's child-safety policies.

If you encounter suspected CSAM, child grooming, child exploitation, or another child-safety violation, please report it immediately through the available in-app reporting functionality or contact AngloRise using the contact information provided below.

When making a report, please provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible, such as the username, profile, message, or other information necessary to identify the suspected violation.

Do not intentionally download, save, forward, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM for the purpose of submitting a report.

6. Enforcement Against Violating Accounts

AngloChat may take immediate action when we identify or reasonably suspect violations of these Child Safety Standards.

Enforcement actions may include:

Removing prohibited content.
Restricting account functionality.
Suspending an account.
Permanently banning an account.
Preventing creation of replacement accounts where technically feasible.
Preserving relevant information for investigation.
Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required.
Cooperating with lawful investigations and legal requests.

We may take action based on user reports, automated safety signals, moderation investigations, account behavior, or other information available to us.

7. Cooperation With Law Enforcement

AngloRise may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child-protection organizations, and other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Where legally required or appropriate, we may preserve and provide relevant account information, technical information, reports, or other records in response to valid legal processes or serious safety concerns.

We may also report suspected child sexual exploitation or CSAM to appropriate authorities or recognized child-protection organizations when required or permitted by applicable law.

8. User Safety and Moderation

AngloChat uses safety and moderation measures designed to protect users and maintain a respectful adults-only environment.

Depending on the feature and circumstances, safety measures may include:

User reporting.
User blocking.
Account restrictions.
Automated abuse and spam detection.
Content and behavior review.
Fraud and suspicious-activity detection.
Safety investigations.
Technical security controls.

No automated moderation system can identify every violation. For this reason, user reporting remains an important part of our child-safety program.

9. No Sexual Content Involving Minors

AngloChat does not permit any sexualized content involving minors, regardless of whether the content is real, manipulated, generated, illustrated, animated, or otherwise represented.

Users must not request, upload, distribute, trade, advertise, or promote such material through AngloChat.

Attempts to circumvent our safety systems, including disguising prohibited content or using coded language to facilitate exploitation, may result in enforcement action.

10. Age Misrepresentation

Providing false age information to access AngloChat is prohibited.

Users must not claim to be 18 or older when they are under 18, and users must not assist a minor in bypassing our age restrictions.

If an account is found to have provided materially false age information, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account.

11. Privacy of Child-Safety Reports

We treat child-safety reports as sensitive safety matters. Information submitted in connection with a report may be used to investigate the reported activity, enforce our policies, protect users, comply with legal obligations, and cooperate with appropriate authorities.

We may retain relevant records for as long as reasonably necessary for safety investigations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

13. Commitment to Child Safety

AngloRise is committed to maintaining AngloChat as an 18+ adults-only platform and to continuously improving measures designed to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation.

We will review and update our safety practices when necessary to address emerging threats, technological changes, regulatory requirements, and user-safety concerns.

We encourage every AngloChat user to help maintain a safe community by reporting suspected child exploitation, grooming, CSAM, or other serious safety violations immediately.

AngloChat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, CSAM, or any sexual interaction involving minors.

AngloChat is strictly for adults aged 18 and older.
